Once you place your order, we freshly prepare your meals, freeze them for transport, and arrange delivery via DPD. Depending on when you order, your delivery will arrive on either Wednesday or Friday. Once DPD collects your parcel, they have 24 hours to deliver it to ensure everything stays perfectly frozen.
All our packaging is fully recyclable. We carefully selected containers that support both environmental and economic sustainability. We’re proud to offer eco-friendly packaging that reflects our values and helps reduce waste.

We use specially designed boxes, liners, and freezer blocks to keep the internal temperature below -4°C for up to 48 hours. For added peace of mind, DPD delivers all parcels within 24 hours of collection.
All meals are fully cooked before leaving us. When reheating, please ensure your meal is piping hot throughout.
No minimum order required! However, orders of 5 or more meals qualify for free delivery.
Our meals are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and contain no added preservatives. Some extras, like naan bread, may contain preservatives as they are pre-made by our suppliers.
Wherever possible, we source ingredients from local businesses in the Teignbridge area. When local sourcing isn’t feasible, we work with other small businesses and wholesalers across the UK.
